About Me
I started my career in nursing in 2002 as a Licensed Practical Nurse graduating from South Side Community College Practical Nursing Program. I soon realized that was not where I wanted to stop my education. I continued through my Associates Degree at Howard Community College in 2011, Bachelors of Science in Nursing through Kaplan University in 2013 and Masters of Science in Nursing through Simmons College (University) 2016. Board Certified through ANCC.
The last 20 years have provided me experience in adult and geriatrics, psychiatrics, wound care, tracheostomy and ventilator care and the last 8 years in hospice and palliative care.
My heart has led me to want to be able to provide more to the community.

As a Primary Care Provider I am able to provide the following services.

I am licensed to provide care from new born through the ages.

CCM is quality management completed monthly on each patient by chart audit and quality review in the office. CCM is completed by medical staff and over seen by the provider.

Remote Patient Monitoring
RPM is monitoring of blood pressure and or weights remotely for management in between appointments.
